若諸煩惱乃至有時現行者，簡聖人斷，行者當入定時欲界見惑不起，出定還起以來伏故。
Regarding 'if the afflictions' up to 'sometimes manifest': this distinguishes them from the severing by noble persons. When the practitioner enters absorption, the afflictions of seeing of the desire realm do not arise; when emerging from absorption, they arise again because they were only suppressed.
