言非生上者彼復現行起者，身生上地不起下見惑，如是異生至當亦爾者，異生伏於色界修惑但除瞋恚，伏餘貪慢無明同前所說。

Regarding 'it is not that one born in a higher realm has them manifest and arise again': when one's body is born in a higher realm, the lower afflictions of seeing do not arise. 'Such an ordinary being' up to 'should also be likewise': when an ordinary being suppresses the afflictions of cultivation of the form realm, they merely exclude ill will; their suppression of the remaining greed, arrogance, and ignorance is the same as what was stated before.
