第三解離欲中云：於諸事中，煩惱可避等者，謂煩惱藉緣可避非色等事次色等遍不可避故。

Third, in explaining detachment from desire, it says: 'Among objective things, afflictions can be avoided,' etc., which means that afflictions depend on conditions and can be avoided, whereas things such as matter cannot; next, because matter and so forth are ubiquitous, they cannot be avoided.
