今依此論，亦有二解。測云：良恐前解不得正義。兩兩交會者，准攝論有二解。一云，纔始形交，便成業道；二云：暢勢惱已方成業道。律宗評取前解。

Now, following this treatise, there are also two explanations. Ce says: I truly fear the former explanation does not capture the correct principle. Regarding 'mutual copulation': according to the Saṃgraha, there are two explanations. One says: as soon as the bodies initially unite, it immediately constitutes a path of action. The second says: only after experiencing pleasure and affliction is the path of action constituted. The Vinaya school evaluates and adopts the former explanation.
