The second round says: "Furthermore, relying on such a correctly concentrated mind, up to the impermanence of all conditioned phenomena, and so forth": one attains the divine eye and sees all sentient beings dying here and being born there, understanding the transmigration of conditioned phenomena across two lifetimes—that is, the past ten links again incur future birth, aging, and death, which is called the impermanence of conditioned phenomena.
