言恒常執著世法所依無常諸取等者，依蘊界處無常法立身見，取彼世法所依無常諸法，見變壞時為憂悲等所逼惱。

As for 'constantly clinging to the impermanent graspings that are the supports of worldly phenomena,' etc., personality view is established on the basis of the impermanent phenomena of the aggregates, realms, and bases; grasping those impermanent phenomena that are the supports of worldly phenomena, when one sees them change and disintegrate, one is afflicted by sorrow, lamentation, and the like.
