Where it says, "Furthermore, within an aggregate of non-common primary elements... there is no co-locational non-separation of the various primary element forms," here one must know that 'non-common primary elements' and 'non-non-common primary elements' are spoken of purely to distinguish the primary elements, without discussing derived form. In an aggregate of non-common primary elements—such as in an aggregate of wood and stone where there is solely the earth element—such a thing does not actually exist. Even if there were to arise only a single subtle atom, it would not be subsumed under the three kinds of non-separation. If there are two or more subtle atoms co-residing mixed together, it is 'separated non-separation' (viyukta-avinirbhāga), because two earth elements cannot contain each other, so there is no sense of co-locational non-separation; [yet] two subtle atoms of the earth element are simultaneously microscopic and difficult to distinguish, unlike a heap of grain, beans, and the like, so it is not subsumed under 'composite non-separation'.
