次通伏難，難云：大造體相遍有，即有能造及所造，亦四大體相遍應有能造及所造，為釋此疑故。

Next, resolving an implicit objection: the objection asks, "If the substances of primary elements and derived forms mutually pervade, then there are the producer and the produced; similarly, if the substances of the four primary elements mutually pervade, there ought also to be producer and produced."
