二解隨眠。言若於清淨色乃至由隨眠故名有漏者，此依隨轉理門，煩惱種子熏在五根及諸心內，未斷已來常有惑種，名由隨眠說名有漏。

Second, the explanation of latencies. Regarding the statement that from "if with respect to pure forms" up to "by reason of the latencies, they are called with taints": this relies on the gate of reasoning that follows along with conversion [of the vehicle]. The seeds of affliction are perfumed into the five faculties and into the various minds; before they are severed, there are constantly seeds of delusion—hence they are called with taints by reason of the latencies.
