復有差別，謂聞思修道名厭患者，三慧行通欣厭，今取厭行名厭患治。

There is another distinction: where it says the paths of hearing, reflection, and cultivation are called revulsion, the practices of the three wisdoms encompass both delight and revulsion; here, taking practices of revulsion, it is termed the counteraction of revulsion.
