18.403

言無餘二篇重罪者，初篇一是無餘，第二篇是有餘。言僧祇者，此云眾也。賢善時者，此有兩解。言正像法時名賢善時，一云正法時名賢善時。

Regarding the severe offenses of the two categories, with and without remainder: the first category (*pārājika*) is entirely without remainder, and the second category (*saṃghāvaśeṣa*) is with remainder. Regarding 'Saṅgha' (*sengqi*): this translates as 'community' (*zhong*). Regarding 'the time of the virtuous and good': there are two explanations for this. One says that the periods of the true Dharma and the semblance Dharma are called the time of the virtuous and good; another says that only the period of the true Dharma is called the time of the virtuous and good.
