18.563

言世俗智，通三性通漏無漏，唯是世間者，此當毘曇等智。等智通三性唯有漏，今通無漏者，據在無學離漏身起，故名無漏。

Regarding 'conventional cognition extends to the three natures, extends to the tainted and taintless, and is exclusively worldly': this corresponds to the conventional cognition (saṃvṛtijñāna) of the Abhidharma. Conventional cognition extends to the three natures and is exclusively tainted; that it is here said to extend to the taintless is based on its arising in the body of an aśaikṣa that has abandoned taints, and therefore it is called taintless.
