三藏云：依瑜伽為正，會彼對法應逆次屬當，若不推度是思，推度是慧，是則尋伺，不推度時但思為性，若推度時俱慧為性。

The Tripiṭaka Master says: Following the *Yogācārabhūmi* is correct. To harmonize with that *Abhidharma*, they should be correlated in reverse order: non-deliberating is volition, and deliberating is wisdom. Thus, as for investigation and reflection, when not deliberating they have only volition as their nature; when deliberating, both have wisdom as their nature.
