景云：此七相中，初四句攝五不定。謂第一句，攝同品一分轉異品遍轉及俱品一分轉；第二句。攝異品一分轉同品遍轉；第三句，攝共不定；第四句，攝不共不定；第五、異類譬喻所得相者，攝法自相相違；第六、非圓成實相者，攝四不成，圓第七非善清淨言教相，即攝餘諸過。

Jing says: Among these seven characteristics, the first four phrases subsume five inconclusive reasons. That is, the first phrase subsumes occurring in a part of the sapakṣa while pervading the vipakṣa, and occurring in a part of both classes; the second phrase subsumes occurring in a part of the vipakṣa while pervading the sapakṣa; the third phrase subsumes the common inconclusive; the fourth phrase subsumes the uncommon inconclusive; the fifth, the characteristic obtained from analogies of a different class, subsumes the contradiction of the nature of the thesis (dharmasvarūpaviparītasādhana); the sixth, the non-pariniṣpanna characteristic, subsumes the four kinds of the unproven; while the seventh, the characteristic of not being well-purified spoken teachings, subsumes the other various fallacies.
