Second, explaining that the transformation of the basis of the two vehicles is not called the dharmakāya. Because they have not yet abandoned the cognitive hindrance, the tathatā revealed by abandoning the hindrance of defilement is called the liberation-body. By virtue of the liberation-body, the three vehicles are equal; by virtue of the dharmakāya, there are distinctions.
