22.58

云何名學正行尸羅？辨言復次於解釋中法者，謂於十二分教當知此是契經所攝者，明學勝利四句經文於十二部中是契經所攝。又是記莂由了義故者，如彼經說：汝等比丘乃至念為增上等者，則記莂戒等得解脫果，當其記莂。

How is it called training in the right practice of morality? It explains, stating: "Furthermore, regarding the Dharma in the explanation, that is, among the twelve branches of teaching, one should know that this is subsumed under the sūtras"—this clarifies that the four-line sūtra text on the benefit of training is subsumed under the sūtras among the twelve divisions. "Furthermore, it is a prophecy (vyākaraṇa) due to its definitive meaning"—as that sūtra states: "You bhikṣus" up to "mindfulness as dominant" and so forth, it prophesies that morality and so forth attain the fruition of liberation, corresponding to its prophecy.
