22.60

第二云又為顯示精勤修習清淨行者，為顯清淨行人說此四句。言及為顯示重財利者至速得圓滿三學勝利者，為化耽著財利諸比丘等令修三學，故說此四句。

The second says: "Furthermore, in order to display those who diligently cultivate pure conduct"—for the sake of revealing practitioners of purity, it preaches these four lines. The statement "and in order to display those who value wealth and gain" up to "swiftly attaining the complete benefit of the three trainings"—in order to transform the bhikṣus and others who are indulged in and attached to wealth and gain so that they cultivate the three trainings, it therefore preaches these four lines.
