22.61

第三云又為顯示四種比丘體故，此句是總。此中經云學勝利者：為令遠離種姓形相，苾芻體故者，比丘不應持於種姓身形端正，要須持戒學學勝利者，方名比丘。及令遠離至苾芻體故者，有諸比丘，外相詐現威儀者，內恒違犯，今遠離彼故，說持戒學勝利體。

The third says: "Furthermore, in order to display the substance of the four kinds of bhikṣu"—this line is general. In this, the sūtra says "the benefit of training": "In order to cause abandonment of lineage and bodily appearance, which are the substance of [mere] bhikṣus"—a bhikṣu should not hold onto high lineage and an upright bodily form; one must observe the precepts and train in the benefit of training, only then being called a bhikṣu. "And to cause abandonment" up to "substance of [mere] bhikṣus"—there are bhikṣus who outwardly affect the appearance of comportment, but inwardly constantly violate [the precepts]; now, in order to abandon them, it preaches the substance of observing the precepts and the benefit of training.
