3.58

問：前學身無學身中俱取解脫分決擇分及無漏業名學無學，彼學身中所有漏分善不善無記業，無學身中福分善業及無記業，豈非并是非學非無學業。若爾，何故復於俱非業云：謂除前二餘相續中所有善不善無記業耶？

Question: In the previous persons of the trainee and non-trainee, both [wholesome roots] contributing to liberation, [wholesome roots] contributing to decision, and taintless karma are taken and named trainee and non-trainee; are not all contaminated wholesome, unwholesome, and neutral karma in that trainee person, and the meritorious wholesome karma and neutral karma in the non-trainee person, karma of neither trainee nor non-trainee? If so, why is it said again regarding karma of neither: "it refers to all wholesome, unwholesome, and neutral karma in the remaining continuums, excluding the previous two"?
