二云，通說前四作意前來所攝，就別斷三品斷對治增上義說，依餘具義，隨順作意初二及攝樂觀察攝，觀察亦通後加行，故順清淨作意亦觀察所攝，順觀察斷與未斷作意亦通攝樂加行究竟果攝，義如前說故言：隨應。

The second says: It speaks generally of what was included earlier by the preceding four mental applications, which was stated in terms of the dominant sense of separately abandoning the three grades of the abandoning antidote. Based on the remaining complete meanings: conformable mental application is included in the first two, as well as delight and examination; and because examination also applies to the subsequent preliminary practice, the mental application conforming to purification is also included in examination; the mental application conforming to the examination of what is abandoned and not abandoned also applies across delight, culmination of preliminary practice, and culmination of practice. The meaning is as stated before, hence it says: "in accordance with what is fitting."
