其想若生，從彼沒者，彼一說云，未後無心，若彼正沒猶未有心不起潤生心等故，下界中有初生名想，若生便從彼正沒故。

Regarding 'if that conception arises, one deceases from there': one theory there states that the final [moment] is mindless; when deceasing right then, there is still no mind and one does not generate a mind that moistens rebirth, etc.; in the intermediate existence of the lower realm, the initial rebirth is named 'conception'; if it arises, one right then deceases from there.
