泰云：已生上地故云已生，取於同分彼此相似生故已等生，若中有生，若生有起。

Tai says: Having been born into a higher stage, it is therefore called "already arisen"; taking that which has a common share, mutually similar arising, it is therefore "already equally arisen"; "whether about to arise" refers to intermediate existence, and "whether occurring" refers to birth existence.
