第四、別釋論莊嚴中分二：初明五種莊嚴莊嚴論者，德圓滿故；後明二十七種稱讚功德，若具此者，名稱讚功德。　「已善已說已明」者，讀誦受持，名已善；聽聞，名已說，曾聽聞故，堪為他說；思惟純熟，名已明。

Fourth, the distinct explanation of the adornments of debate is divided into two parts: first, explaining the five kinds of adornments that adorn a debater because their virtues are complete; second, explaining the twenty-seven kinds of praiseworthy qualities: if one possesses these, they are called praiseworthy qualities. "Already mastered, already spoken, already clarified": reciting and upholding is called "already mastered"; listening is called "already spoken," because having heard it before, one is fit to speak it to others; mature reflection is called "already clarified."
