行雖無始然始可得者，無始時來常隨起，是故無始，新新生起故始非無。
Regarding "although formations are beginningless, a beginning is nevertheless found": since beginningless time they constantly arise in succession, and are therefore beginningless; yet because they arise anew and anew, a beginning is not nonexistent.
