釋第三答中有二，初又惡說法者，及在家者下，汎釋染淨二品，不顯了、顯了二類差別，後諸阿羅漢斯已顯了下總釋頌意，已顯了者謂阿羅漢，應顯了者謂諸有學。

In explaining the third answer, there are two parts: First, from "furthermore, teachers of bad doctrines and householders" downward, it broadly explains the two categories of defilement and purity, and the distinct difference between the two kinds: the unmanifested and the manifested. Later, from "all arhats have already manifested this" downward, it generally explains the meaning of the verse. 'Those who have already manifested it' refers to arhats; 'those who should manifest it' refers to learners.
