色等諸法，及彼安立者，所詮能詮也。初法第二法毘鉢舍那者，初學成滿二分位也。後由此五相下，結修梵行極成真善。

"Dharmas such as form, as well as their establishment": this refers to the signified and the signifier. "Vipaśyanā of the first dharma and the second dharma": this refers to the two stages of initial study and fulfillment. Finally, from "by means of these five aspects..." onward, it concludes that cultivating the brahma-practice is completely perfected as genuine goodness.
