當觀此中念根念力至一切顛倒者，念根念力，即是見道四念中，念等覺支中，所有正念，謂四念住能斷迷苦諦等一切顛倒，以上出四念住體，是其念慧，故今念根念力即四念住。

As for the passage from 'should contemplate the faculty of mindfulness and the power of mindfulness here' up to 'all inversions': the faculty of mindfulness and the power of mindfulness are precisely all the right mindfulness within the awakening factor of mindfulness among the four applications of mindfulness on the path of seeing; that is, the four applications of mindfulness can sever all inversions such as delusion concerning the truth of suffering. Since the substance of the four applications of mindfulness was established above as their mindfulness and wisdom, now the faculty of mindfulness and the power of mindfulness are precisely the four applications of mindfulness.
