第十六合解幾種魔事二門，於中，初、總舉二門勸知勸離；次、別解二門；後、釋已總結。就別解中，初、解魔；後、魔事。前中，初、出體相；後、當知此中，若死所依下，出其作用。

The sixteenth jointly explains the two gates of how many kinds of demonic deeds; within this, first, a general presentation of the two gates admonishing one to know them and admonishing one to avoid them; next, individually explaining the two gates; finally, concluding generally after the explanation. In the individual explanations, first, demonic entities are explained; next, demonic deeds. In the former, first, the essential characteristics are set forth; later, from 'One should know that herein, if the basis for death' onward, their functions are set forth.
