又解：論云：初由聽聞思惟二力，即內住是初，唯一內住並等住是初二力，其安住是憶念力。

Another interpretation says: The treatise says, 'First, by the two powers of hearing and reflection'—that is, inner abiding is the first; only inner abiding together with equipoised abiding are the first two powers, while settled abiding is the power of mindfulness.
