8.410

第二緣由聞依菩提故所說正法深信發心，即復有四：一、聞正法；二、聞已於教生信；三、由前二故於佛智慧深生信解；四、為得佛智是故發心。

The second condition is deeply believing and generating the mind through hearing the correct Dharma spoken relying on bodhi, which again has four: first, hearing the correct Dharma; second, having heard it, giving rise to faith in the teaching; third, because of the preceding two, deeply giving rise to faith and understanding in the Buddha's wisdom; fourth, in order to attain the Buddha's wisdom, thereby generating the mind.
