基云：憂苦惡行等是隨煩惱者，以隨他煩惱生故名隨煩惱，非體是煩惱，又從多為名名隨煩惱，體非是也，在隨煩惱門收，名隨煩惱。

Ji says: That sorrow, suffering, evil deeds, and so on are secondary afflictions is because they arise following other afflictions; hence they are named secondary afflictions, not that their intrinsic substance is affliction. Furthermore, being named according to predominance, they are called secondary afflictions, but their substance is not so; being collected under the category of secondary afflictions, they are named secondary afflictions.
