自下別解於實無事起增益執,指同前破。於色等法實有唯事下,解第二人。文有二:初正破執;二、引說證成。前中復二:初牒執略非,許說生下,第二正破。破中,初法喻合據理懸破;二、如有一類下,就人指行。
Below, it explains specifically the superimposing attachment that arises with respect to that which is in reality devoid of real things, referring back to the previous refutation as identical. From "With respect to phenomena such as matter, the truly existent mere thing" onward, it explains the second person. The text has two parts: first, directly refuting the attachment; second, citing teachings to corroborate it. In the first part, there are again two sections: first, citing the attachment to briefly reject it; from "if one admits that speech arises" onward, it directly refutes it. In this refutation, first, combining doctrine and simile, it refutes it generally on the basis of reasoning; second, from "as there is a class" onward, it points to the practice with reference to persons.
