測云：舊論言：以色等名空說諸法，流通言教說色乃至涅槃，准此文故知上半頌是依他性教也，於此一切色等想法色等為性都無所有等。

Ce says: The old treatise states: "By means of names such as form, one emptily speaks of phenomena, disseminating verbal teachings to speak of form up to nirvāṇa." In accordance with this text, we know that the first half of the verse is the teaching on the paratantra nature. "In this, among all phenomena that are objects of conception such as form, having form and so forth as their nature is entirely non-existent," etc.
