淨勝意樂地，名中品者，舉始括後，故略不言二地至七地行正行地。

Regarding the stage of pure and superior aspiration being called the middling grade: mentioning the beginning subsumes the end; therefore, it omits mentioning the stage of practicing correct practice from the second bhūmi to the seventh bhūmi.
