住墮決定到究竟地，名上品者，此舉初後括其間，故略不明九地決定行正行地。

Regarding abiding in the stage of falling into certainty up to arriving at the stage of culmination being called the superior grade: this mentions the beginning and end to subsume what is between them; therefore, it omits clarifying the stage of practicing correct practice with certainty of the ninth bhūmi.
