11.14

論云解天耳通聞聲中，「有作意、不作意」者，此據八地以還菩薩，若佛及八地以上不作意位，緣無量世界事。

Regarding the treatise's explanation of hearing sounds with the supernatural power of the divine ear: 'There is with manaskāra and without manaskāra.' This is according to Bodhisattvas up to the eighth bhūmi; for Buddhas and the state of non-manaskāra from the eighth bhūmi above, they take the events of immeasurable worlds as object.
