11.15

論云「達羅弭荼明呪」者，謂僧伽羅國，即師子國，有呪號達羅弭荼，即呪中之大呪，明有神驗，今初舉之。「天眼所見色中復有作意、不作意」者，如聲解。

The treatise states: 'Dramiḍa spell.' This refers to the country of Siṃhala, which is Sri Lanka; there is a spell named Dramiḍa, which is a great spell among spells, known to have supernatural efficacy, and is here cited first. Regarding 'among the forms seen by the divine eye, there are also with manaskāra and without manaskāra': this is explained as with sound.
