論云「依諸法界」者,當經第三、滅諸障也。故經言:知法如幻夢等,而起無量化業事也。即知一切法界皆如幻故,除遍計執,而起無量化業也,名滅障也,滅所知障。當經十中第六也。
Regarding the treatise stating 'based on the realm of phenomena': this corresponds to the sūtra's third, eradicating all obstacles. Hence the sūtra says: 'Knowing that phenomena are like illusions, dreams, and so forth, yet giving rise to immeasurable transformation activities.' That is, because one knows that all realms of phenomena are like illusions, one eliminates the parikalpita-svabhāva and gives rise to immeasurable activities of transformation; this is called eradicating obstacles, namely eradicating the cognitive obstacle (jñeyāvaraṇa). This corresponds to the sixth among the ten in the sūtra.
