論云「非於聞思但識法義，非真證智」等者，言非唯聞思為識法義，不依真證智。又非聞思是之文不依餘，以聞思但識法義故，而不更依真證智也。

As for the treatise stating "it is not that one only recognizes the meaning of dharmas through hearing and reflection, and does not truly realize wisdom," and so forth: this means that it is not that hearing and reflection merely recognize the meaning of dharmas and do not rely on true realization wisdom. Furthermore, it is not that this passage on hearing and reflection does not rely on the rest, but rather that because hearing and reflection merely recognize the meaning of dharmas, one does not further rely on true realization wisdom.
