12.21

論類比四辨中云「此上無有自能妙善現正等覺，況善為他無倒開示」者，此意定唯此四辨能現正等覺及為他無倒開示；除此四辨，以上無有現等覺等。是此中意。

In the treatise's comparison of the four types of eloquence, it says: "Above this, there is nothing that can skillfully and truly manifest right complete enlightenment by oneself, much less skillfully reveal it without inversion for others." The intention here is definitely that only these four types of eloquence can manifest right complete enlightenment and reveal it without inversion for others; apart from these four types of eloquence, above them there is no manifestation of complete enlightenment and the like. This is the intention here.
