「又能感當來」下，正明福分善業義，非解脫分等善，然非不感別報。此中法師：皆是福分善種子。備師即如前解。

From "Furthermore, they are capable of producing future [fruits]" onward, this properly clarifies the meaning of merit-conducive wholesome karma, not the wholesome roots conducive to liberation and so forth; nevertheless, it does not mean they do not produce particular retributions. Here the Dharma Master [Xuanzang says]: these are all seeds of merit-conducive wholesome roots. Master Bei explained it as before.
