論云「若諸具縛補特伽羅生在欲界，成熟三界煩惱隨眠。若生色界所有異生，成熟欲界被奢摩他之所損伏煩惱隨眠」者，此違前得成熟中，如《對法》，同此文，如前會。

Regarding the treatise statement: "If fully bound pudgalas are born in the desire realm, the latent defilements (anuśaya) of the three realms mature. If ordinary worldlings born in the form realm, the latent defilements of the desire realm that have been damaged and subdued by śamatha mature": this contradicts the preceding discussion on obtaining maturation, as in the *Abhidharmasamuccaya*, which agrees with this text, as reconciled above.
