若諸具縛補特伽羅至隨地亦爾者，此釋隨眠成熟之相，此文則說損伏種惑，不說損伏現行煩惱。又此文違前得成熟中，如對法同此文，如前會。

Regarding the passage from 'If pudgalas possessing all bondages...' up to 'it is also thus for the corresponding stages': this explains the characteristics of the maturation of dormant tendencies; this text speaks of suppressing and subduing the seeds of defilement, not of suppressing and subduing manifest defilements. Moreover, this text contradicts the earlier explanation of attaining maturation, whereas the Abhidharmasamuccaya is identical to this text; it should be resolved as before.
