「無漏律儀所攝業」者，謂見諦者由無漏力所得遠離性，即道共戒。如〈表無表章〉廣說。

Regarding “Karma subsumed under uncontaminated restraint”: This refers to the nature of renunciation attained by one who sees the truths through the power of uncontaminated dharmas; that is, the restraint concurrent with the path. This is explained at length as in the Chapter on Manifest and Unmanifest.
