In abundant joy of concentration, there are six cultivations: calming, raising, equanimity, entering, abiding, and emerging. In abundant reflection, there are four: namely, wholesome, superior prajñā is named reflection, which presents the essence of reflection. Below, the four skillfulnesses are explained: 1. knowing during day and night the growth and decline of good and evil; 2. knowing in accordance with reality the decline of good and evil due to practicing [the use of] clothing and the like during day and night; 3. relying on reflection, banishing and staying far away from unwholesome dharmas; 4. being able to cultivate the wholesome.
