第三、為證通慧思歡喜事中有三：一、問；二、釋；三、結。釋中有四喜：一、於四證淨生喜；二、於自增上生及決定勝生喜；三、無嫉妬故，於他同類得此二事者亦生歡喜；四、念有恩者發生歡喜。

Third, contemplating joyful matters to realize the supernormal knowledges has three parts: 1. inquiry; 2. explanation; 3. conclusion. In the explanation, there are four joys: 1. generating joy in the four verified purities; 2. generating joy in one's own high status and definitive goodness; 3. because of having no jealousy, rejoicing also when others of the same kind attain these two things; 4. giving rise to joy upon recollecting those who have been beneficial.
