論云「若行境界，由失念故」下，至「速疾除遣」以來，第二、明失念之時，亦速能離。

From where the treatise says, "If, while coursing in an intentional domain, through loss of mindfulness," down to "swiftly dispelling it": this is the second, clarifying that at the time of losing mindfulness, one is also able swiftly to depart from it.
