論云「又能畢竟不墮惡趣」者，此第三、明不生惡趣，惡趣亦得對治道等。
Where the treatise says, "Furthermore, one is definitively never to fall into bad destinies": this is the third, clarifying that one is not born into bad destinies, and also attains the antidote path against bad destinies, and so forth.
