In the fourth passage, there are ten [items]. As for the four gardens of the devas: 1. the Variegated Chariot, a place of richly adorned chariots; 2. the Harsh and Rough, a battlefield of weapons; 3. the Intermingled, a place for experiencing sensual pleasures; 4. the Forest of Joy, a place for strolling and recreation. Regarding their four supreme grounds, there is one for each of the four gardens, or they are grounds of four colors. The causes and conditions for the arising of the Hall of the Good Dharma, the Pārijāta Tree, the Forest of Joy Garden, and so forth, are as recounted regarding the causes and origins of Śakra in the Commentary on the Samayabhedoparacanacakra. As for the 'wish-fulfilling stone', it accords with the hearts of the devas.
