The treatise says: "Correct person" refers to those on the four paths of approach. "Correctly arrived" refers to the four fruits. Regarding "what is meant by hearing and contemplating the true Dharma": it refers to wisdom derived from hearing, and next below it extensively explains wisdom derived from contemplation. Below it separately explains sūtras, which refers to prose passages. As extensively explained in the notes on the twelfth fascicle of the Abhidharma[-samuccaya-bhāṣya], here it covers the twelve divisions of the teaching, the reasons for inclusion in the piṭakas, and so forth. Regarding "unsettled meaning": the Dharma Master says it does not mean the sūtra is unsettled, but that the listener has not understood. This is something not heard before.
